We provide this information notice, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, for those accessing pages of the sites directly reachable from the domain www.andreapellerone.com (here in after, “Site”).
This information refers only to this Site and not to other web addresses that may be accessed via links. Specifically, beyond the aforementioned legislation, this notice expressly refers to Recommendation No. 2/2001 issued by the European Data Protection Authorities, gathered in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to establish certain minimum requirements for online personal data collection.

C) MARKETING PURPOSES REQUIRING USER CONSENT


Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for marketing purposes (sending advertising material, direct sales, commercial communication), allowing the Controller to contact the User via email, phone (landline and/or mobile, using automated calling or messaging systems with or without operator involvement) and/or SMS to propose the purchase of products/services from the Controller and/or third parties, present exclusive offers, promotions, and business opportunities including, for example, travel agencies, banks, insurance companies, credit institutions, and others.

D) PURPOSES OF DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES REQUIRING USER CONSENT


Your personal data may be transferred by the Controller to third parties operating in the marketing, publishing, finance, health, travel, insurance sectors, to be used for the same purposes for which consent was given.
The purposes indicated in points C) and D) require your explicit consent under Articles 23 and 130 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Articles 7, 12, 13, and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Consent can be revoked, except for processing necessary for contractual services or already consented to.

E) DATA PROVISION


The provision of your personal data for the purposes indicated in points B), C), and D) is optional; however, its absence, partial or inaccurate provision may result in the inability to carry out the mentioned activities.

F) PROCESSING METHODS – DATA STORAGE


Personal data is processed using manual and automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Your data may be communicated to employees, managers, and third-party companies for the additional purposes indicated in points C) and D). Specific security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. Data will be stored as necessary for the purposes outlined above, as well as for the legal protection of Users and the Controller, or in compliance with legal obligations or authority orders.
For the purposes indicated in points B, C, and D, User data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the related purpose.

G) DATA PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE


Employees and/or collaborators of the Controller involved in personal data management may access User personal data. These individuals, formally trained under Art. 29 of the Regulation, will process data solely for the purposes indicated and in compliance with applicable law.
Additionally, third parties may access personal data on behalf of the Controller as “External Data Processors,” such as email service providers, outsourcing or cloud computing providers, professionals, and consultants.

H) DATA PROCESSING LOCATION


Data of individuals accessing and browsing this site is processed at the Controller’s registered office and via Cloud Storage services, by their authorized technical staff or appointed, confidentiality-trained maintenance personnel. Personal data provided through contact or inquiry areas is used solely for fulfilling the request and disclosed to third parties only when necessary.

I) BROWSING DATA


Access to this Site and navigation takes place via a web browser. As per Recommendation No. 2/2001: “Browsers are software programs designed to graphically display content on the Internet. Browsers communicate between the user’s computer (client) and remote computers where information is stored (web servers). Browsers often transmit more information than is necessary to establish communication, including browser type and language, software installed, operating system, referring pages, cookies, etc.”
Some data required for internet navigation, by nature, could identify users through associations with third-party data. This includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI addresses of requested resources, request times, etc. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistics on site use and check its proper functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes. Data from online requests is kept for no more than five days or as long as necessary to respond.

L) DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER


Sending emails to addresses listed on this site is optional, explicit, and voluntary, and involves acquiring the sender’s email address, name, province, age, gender, and any other voluntarily provided personal data, within the limits of the purposes outlined.

M) DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS AND PORTABILITY


The Privacy Code, Articles 7,8,9,10 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, grants data subjects specific rights, including knowing what data is held by this website and how it is used, requesting its deletion, anonymization, or blocking if processed unlawfully, as well as updating, correcting, or supplementing the data, and opposing processing for legitimate reasons.
The data subject may at any time object to data processing for commercial, advertising, direct sales, or market research purposes. The data subject can also exercise the right to data portability for personal data provided, within the limits and procedures established by Art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679. More generally, the data subject can exercise all rights provided by Articles 13 to 20 of the Regulation.

N) RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
